I would like to extend my gratitude for your continuous support and for taking the time to introduce Cerco Design to our network. It has been an exciting journey so far, and I am thrilled to share some updates with you.

Cerco Design, a “Design as a Service” driven company, focuses on providing companies with front-end design UI/UX, branding & marketing, and environmental graphic design. You can learn more about our services on our website: www.cerco.design.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Danijel & Co Inc., with over 28 years of experience spanning multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, real estate investment, IT & software development, and design, I recently sold United Supreme Group, a company I operated since I was 21 years old. This decision allowed me the opportunity to pursue new lifelong projects that I am truly passionate about. As they say, something must end before something new can start!

Passion for design and creativity led me to follow my heart and establish Cerco Design. With the sale of United Supreme Group, our “Graphic Wayfinding Division” joined me on this new venture. Recognizing the need for a partner to help establish this passionate company, I embarked on a search for an individual who possessed exceptional talent, leadership skills, and organizational abilities. After thoroughly evaluating hundreds of candidates, we found our outstanding match.

Allow me to introduce Kristen Malanchuk, our Assistant Creative Director. Kristen’s intellect and creative talent blew us away from the very beginning. Despite the initial challenges of office renovations, boxes cluttering our space, and the ongoing transition, Kristen’s spirit and determination reminded me of when I started my first company in my 20s.

However, as Kristen and I worked tirelessly to get things off the ground, it became clear that we needed additional support. That is when Monique Laya entered the picture as our Assistant Marketing Manager. From the moment Monique stepped into our office, her vibrant energy and dynamic personality illuminated the space. The chemistry between Kristen and Monique quickly became evident, and their unique strengths complemented one another perfectly. The creative atmosphere was nothing short of explosive!

While our co-founders focused on establishing workflows and processes, I leveraged my network to share our endeavors with colleagues and friends who have provided invaluable support. Together, we explored opportunities to help others, approaching every interaction with an attitude of giving back and being of service. This approach has not only allowed us to make a positive impact on businesses but also helped establish our presence in the community. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Chris Day, Courtney Lovgren, and the rest of my business colleagues for their direct and indirect connections to some of the finest business owners in our community.
